- All clients that are going out of town and your service consists of In Home Pet Sitting and or Drop In visits, payment will be required upfront.
- If you are a regularly scheduled weekly client and you are late paying more than twice, then payment will be required up front before anymore services will be provided. Also no credits if you cancel the day of a regularly scheduled visit, 24 hour notice is required.
- No refunds given for ending your trip and coming home early.
- People that pay by check via the USPS have a 3 day grace period past the due date on the invoice. If after paying late twice then I no longer can accept your check and you will be required to pay electronically via PayPal or an emailed QuickBooks invoice.
